CalgaryRenovators

A small Calgary team. On purpose.

Calgary Renovators exists because of two things every Calgary homeowner has experienced: contractors who don't call back for small jobs, and invoices that don't match quotes. We built the company to be the opposite of both.

What we believe

Not every home needs a renovation. Every home deserves a straight answer.

Our focus is property value: the repairs, refreshes and finishing touches that make a home show better, rent faster and sell stronger — without spending money where it won't come back.

That means sometimes we'll tell you notto do something. A $40,000 kitchen before selling usually isn't worth it. Painted cabinets and a new counter usually are. You'll always get that honest math from us first.

We're new as a company — and we treat that as an obligation: every quote in writing, every project photographed, every client a reference we can't afford to lose.

  • Written line-item quotes — the number you approve is the number you pay
  • No deposits — payment after completion
  • Changes approved in writing before extra work happens
  • Licensed trades (electrical, plumbing) referred, never improvised
  • Before & after photos on every project
