The work
Repair, build and finish with care.
This is varied, hands-on work in real Calgary homes. Some days are a focused repair; others bring several connected tasks together.
- Complete practical home repairs, small renovations and finishing work
- Diagnose the cause of a problem before choosing the repair
- Work carefully across drywall, paint, trim, flooring, cabinetry, tile and related tasks
- Keep the workspace clean and treat every client's home with respect
- Communicate progress, questions and unexpected conditions clearly
Who we are looking for
Craft matters. So does character.
You do not need to claim every trade. We care about sound judgment, honest communication and work you are proud to put your name on.
- Real hands-on renovation, repair or construction experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to finish quality
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently or with a small team
- Honest communication and a professional approach with homeowners
- A commitment to safe work and knowing when a regulated trade is required
